Take the time to allow your mattress to expand to its original size. Once you allow this you will have an amazing mattress. I love soft and my husband loves firm, this mattress falls just right for us both. This is a hybrid so you get an amazing level of comfort with the memory foam. It also works on the sleep bed frames that adjust, great investment.

I've been using the Hotel Premiere 14” Hybrid Medium King mattress and overall it's been a great upgrade. It has a true medium feel—comfortable but still supportive. The hybrid design does a nice job relieving pressure while keeping my back aligned, and I've noticed less motion disturbance from my partner at night. It also sleeps fairly cool and has good edge support, which makes the full king size more usable. The only downsides are that it's heavy to move and not super plush, so it may feel a bit firm if you prefer a softer mattress. There was a slight smell at first, but it went away quickly. I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don't notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.

This mattress is absolute luxury! "Hotel Premier" really lives up to its name. The mattress is firm yet the gel memory molds to your body and has just enough movement. The cooling cover is makes getting in bed feel so great. Its arrives in a box and setups quickly.

The mattress was ready for use by the first night. After years on a firm Purple bed, this medium seems very soft but my wife loves it. I weigh 100 lb more than her. Overall it’s a high quality product at an excellent price.

This is a high quality mattress that is around half the cost of a name brand mattress of a similar type. It does give you a cooling effect as well as sufficient support to get a good night's sleep. I'm very happy I purchased this mattress, because it checks all the boxes of comfort and stability for a product of this type. It takes around a day to expand after you take it out of the wrapper, and I like the feel of the fabric that encases the mattress. Very good purchase. Highly recommend it.

I think the mattress a good value overall. It feels slightly softer than expected for a medium, but still offers solid support once you're settled in—comfortable without feeling too plush. I alr3ady havw a hybrid mattress but the zip-off top is a great feature and makes cleaning much easier than most mattresses. Setup was simple, though it's heavy, so it helps to have another person when moving it. 72 hours to fully expand is recommended. There was no chemical smell after opening, even though the packaging mentioned it.
