Amazing Mattress!
We have the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress in king and medium firmness. The coils provide conforming support and motion reduction making it a great option for couples. The memory foam layer makes it so comfortable. The gel technology pulls the heat away from the body which helps regulate temperature as we sleep. We absolutely love this mattress!

returning is a nightmare
mattress is good quality and comfortable. however firm mattress is too soft and therefore lacks good back support. i decided to return it. however its been a nightmare to return this. once its out of the box, its not easy to just take it the club. it needs sams club's carriers to pick it up. i have been calling sams for last 1.5 months to get this picked up to no success so far. its such a waste of time, specially due to annoying AI customer service that would repeat the same stupid answers everytime instead of transferring to a human. after 1.5 months, the mattress is still sitting in my hallway and my refund is still stuck.
Terrible mattress, no positives
Absolutely awful. The bed itself is so heavy to move. It gives far too much. This review is being written a month after owning it. I usually give a bad time for my body to adjust. It feels like a marshmallow, no support at all. Some may like a hybrid foam, this is not for us. Worst investment we could’ve made.
Too soft and too difficult to return - hard pass
No need for anyone to sleep on the mattress purchased at our local store for our guest room. Purchased the medium firmness %26 knew as soon as we sat down on it that the mattress was FAR too soft and had little structure to it. After reading several reviews that claimed it was like sleeping on a brick, we felt confident this would be a supportive mattress for our guest room. We didn't even place sheets on it and offer it to a guest to sleep on because it was so soft. The sides also sink low when sitting on them because there is no structure to support it. The cover is far to big for the filling - a gap of about 3" . The mattress is not returnable to the local store. So, after calling and getting a "new A.I. agent" who only said it couldn't be returned because it cost too much, I made it to a human working in a call center who had such a bad connection it was hard to communicate with him. I was transferred again "to someone who could help me" who did put a request in to have the mattress picked up. Refunds are not issued until after the mattress is delivered to their warehouse after an outside company picks up. 24-72 hours for the delivery company to call to setup a pickup time , unclear how long that might take. Was told it takes 5-7 days AFTER pickup for item to make it to the warehouse to be processed for a return. So no, this mattress is not "hotel quality" in the slightest. Don't be fooled by the name on the box or sleek advertising. This is a HUGE waste of time %26 a poor quality product. Unfortunately one would not know this until you purchase the box %26 open the mattress because it is not open in store to try. I would not recommend this producte even for an occasionally used guest space.
Soft and Comfy, bad if you have back issues
We were looking for a bed to help my husband's back. It ended up being medium firm and hurting his back more. For me, it was soft and I enjoy sleeping on it. If you have lower back spasms, you might need a topper.
Soft and comfy
Hard to say long term how I would rate this mattress and I don't think you'll ever find one outside a sleep number where both people are fully happy. I will say the matress in comfy. To husband it's more springy than our prior mattress. Not to the point of disrupting the other person, but you can feel the springiness. It is a great side sleeper mattress. Took a little more than 24 hours from opening to be ready to use. Has a nice removeable topper for washing. The topper is smooth so our egyptian cotton sheets come off easily, whereas the basic flannel stays on better. Husband does think mattress feels warmer than out previous, but I didn't notice.
Terrible quality
I’ve been trying to buy a mattress for 3 years. I’ve bought memory foam and I hate it due to it making my hips hurt and I sink so far down into the bed I have to climb out. I thought this would be a good choice as it’s hybrid. No. I got it in a box all rolled up. Opened it and let it expand. I bought the ultra plush thinking it would be perfect. It has a zip cover on it and there was tons of slack like it was missing 1/4 of the mattress. The springs were sticking out really bad. I slept on it two nights and it caused horrendous back pain. I happened to have another 3inch memory foam mattress from a camper van I sold. I forced that mattress into the zip cover and I have salvaged it. No way was I going to try to return this as I would have probably had to haul it over an hour to my nearest Sam’s Club. But it was NOT worth the over 400$ I spent on it. I do not recommend.
Comfortable Mattress
The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier 14-inch Hybrid Medium Queen mattress is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and value. First, it offers excellent support with the hybrid design with coils and memory foam, helping keep your body aligned while you sleep. Second, the cooling gel technology keeps the mattress comfortable throughout the night, preventing overheating and no sweaty feeling like older versions, we have had in the past. Finally, it provides a perfect balance of softness and firmness, making it ideal for a variety of sleep positions and ensuring a restful, comfortable night’s sleep. Definitely considering transitioning the rest of the house to these for the rest of the family.
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! Worst quality control!
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! If the above warning doesn't convince you, I'll explain why. I bought this mattress to replace a Sealy I bought at Sam's over 11 years ago. The advertised features seemed convincing, and I liked the idea of it being a hybrid mattress because I'm not completely sold on all foam construction. I was also skeptical of a king size mattress being compressed into a relatively small box, but I reluctantly decided to buy it anyway. This ended up being one of the worst decisions I've made in my life. After bringing the mattress home and opening the box to allow it to expand, I was shocked to see that the mattress is folded and rolled under compression. I was thinking there's no way that the coils could not be compromised with this packing method, and I would soon realize that my assumption would be correct. 1. The first thing I noticed was the awful smell coming from the mattress, resembling something like mildew. The literature that came with the mattress noted that there would be a smell and that it would subside with time. This may be true, but it's not a good user experience for something that's claimed to be a premium product. 2. The next thing I noticed was the mattress not being squared (not 90 degrees at every corner). Some of the sides were even curved and would look bad if I had put bedding on it. 3. The foam top beneath the removable cover was not applied evenly with the other mattress layers. You can see in the attached pictures how the foam top has an overhang on one side of the bed. 4. The mattress looked wavy coming out of the box, but I gave adequate time to ensure it was not a problem with the expansion process. Sure enough, the waves never went away after 17 days without sleeping on the mattress. This is the number of days that passed before the attached pictures were taken. 5. The mattress is not true to size as other commenters have mentioned. It was at least 3" too short in some areas, less in others because of the cruved edges. 6. The worst part of all this is the lack of customer support from Sam's. I would not be able to return the mattress the same way I bought it from the store because it came compressed in the box, and I was told that I would have to return it to the store. This is now a huge inconvenience because I don't have a vehicle large enough to transport the mattress in its expanded state. I'll like have to rent a moving truck to finally be done with this poor excuse of a mattress being marketed as a premium product. I have enjoyed being a Sam's Club member, but this experience really has me thinking I should drop my membership and join their competitor that opened a location across the street. I am appalled by the lack of quality control on this mattress. There's no way that the manufacturer is held to any standard, and the worst part is that it's made in the USA, which is supposed to offer the best quality money can buy.

Uncomfortable
I really wanted to like this mattress, but unfortunately it was not very comfortable. Biggest thing is that it retained heat and it kept me burning up throughout the night. Thankfully Sam’s Club has a great return policy and was able to help me return the mattress. So, I appreciate that!
