I think the problem is that the mattress never expanded on one side. I've bought mattresses in a box before I never had this problem. Absolutely terrible purchase and not cheap.

The mattress was ready for use by the first night. After years on a firm Purple bed, this medium seems very soft but my wife loves it. I weigh 100 lb more than her. Overall it's a high quality product at an excellent price.

Good firmness. Not too soft or firm. But about 2” shorter then a standard 80” (x 76”) King. The cover bag fits loose and moves around annoyingly during sleep rollovers. I filled edges of 4” matters topper pieces and it’s great.

We bought two of the XL Twin size to replace our King size mattress, and use them on a pair of matching adjustable bases. We’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but so far we're both happy with them! This 14" thich mattress works well with the adjustable base, though a thinner mattress might work better.

This is a high quality mattress that is around half the cost of a name brand mattress of a similar type. It does give you a cooling effect as well as sufficient support to get a good night's sleep. I'm very happy I purchased this mattress, because it checks all the boxes of comfort and stability for a product of this type. It takes around a day to expand after you take it out of the wrapper, and I like the feel of the fabric that encases the mattress. Very good purchase. Highly recommend it.

It came in a box, which was convenient for us to bring it in house, but much hearvier than it looked. As soon as opened it un sealed it, it became like normal matress with good height. It was true medium softness. I like soft, but my husband prefer a medium hardness. However, we both had a good night sleep the second night. First night was a little strange from our old 16 year mattress. One thing I didn't care for was odor from the mattress. I have it for about 6 days, it still there. Hopefully it will go away.

Best nights sleep i have had in such a long time. This mattress is plush, so comfortable, its perfect for me. Its thick perfect firmness for my confront level. Its high which is great. I don't like thin mattresses. Great quality. Its expands very fast and adjust. This is an awesome matress. Its memory foam 5". Its great for my back. It has cooling technology. Its just amazing. We love it.

Ordered this mattress for my sister in San Antonio. FedEx showed it to be out for delivery for 4 days. Had to cancel the order and re-order for pick up because FedEx could never tell us where the mattress was. Sam's really needs to rethink their delivery carriers.

Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!
