[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not really meant for bladder leak issues, more for a drip or something similar. These have definitely changed over the past year and a half. These are more like an ultra pad in underwear than an adult diaper for incontinence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that these are used for incontinence but I used them because I have endometriosis and extremely heavy flow and I didn't have to worry about waking up in a pool of blood. It was really nice to have a worry free night of sleep during a horrible period
