Does not protect during overnight incontinance. The material used for this underwear causes me to perspire. Not only is my underwear wet from my incontinance, including my nightwear, but I am also wet from sweating!

This is a little more resistance underwear diaper for adults than the normal diapers of the same brand they sell it's hold two or three urine than the normal diapers of the same brand when buying it make sure is the right size for the adult you're buying

I am not as satisfied, as other customers are with this product. I found the protection disappointing compared to other brands. I do not like the fit. I do like the material on my sensitive skin, I am most appreciative. The other feature I like is the price compared to other brands. I may have to stay with this brand, although it does not meet all my needs.

These are sleek,soft and pale pink for about half the price of bulky other brands. They are sleek and much more absorbent than you would guess at first sight. I wear the XL size but occasionally I have a day when I would like a little more room.They are recently advertised as having a new 2XL size. Don't be fooled. They are not the same. They are the older white store brand for men and women and are bulky and very leaky.
