We have been using them on my MIL who has incontinence issues. These breifs keep her skin very dry and free from irritation. They do not leak like some other brands. So those times when you need extra protection, like exercising, running, they work great and won’t have those embarrassing leaks at the worst times. They are true to size. I would recommend.

They are enhanced with cotton which helps to reduce friction.I also like that they are contoured between the legs so there is less bunching. Very comfortable to wear. Great product!
