Just picked it up today, Sunday. Used today, and the fit is good. Let me say these are very true to size. I will give an update tomorrow if it allows me to. But for now, they are good.

I purchased these for my 93-year-old aunt and she couldn't pull them up past her thighs. What happened with the sizing? This was a waste money and these are too small to give them to anyone else.

I’m pleased with these. Better than Depends. I layer in a pad and dispose of it when needed. When I rip the pad out, this underwear stays intact, where Depends soon pulls apart.

These do not fit well. Depends fit like regular underwear, these do not. The MM underwear are missing the material that would cover your bum (butt). There's nothing there at all. If you normally wear a thong for underwear, I imagine these offer the same amount of coverage. Because these are not made similar to standard underwear, they are uncomfortable and ride up into your crotch, where they get stuck. There's no protection between your skin and whatever clothes you are wearing in that area. The padding is not fitted for the "pants" either. Whatever they use for the edging is prickly and uncomfortable. The only reason I don't give these a 1, is because they are less expensive and save me money on something that I throw away every day anyway. I suppose to save money you must expect poor quality in the less expensive items.

They are very well made and have durable elastic. They kept her dry and hold up very well. I definitely recommend trying them and would buy them again.

You dont notice any urine smell when you do have to go in them. There is not much gap between legs. They look like underwear but protect you from those embarrassing leaks. They tend to hold a lot of you have a few accidents before you can go somewhere to take them off to change them.
