Mom weighs 112 pounds and the medium size is perfect. They are not bulky under clothes and don't have any perfume smell like some name brands.

Not very comfortable. The fit is odd; tight in places, loose in others. Tend to leak when there are significant sudden gushes. Currently looking for a replacement.

Does not protect during overnight incontinance. The material used for this underwear causes me to perspire. Not only is my underwear wet from my incontinance, including my nightwear, but I am also wet from sweating!

These are great for pregnancy incontinence or post partum. I only wish the butt was slightly wider since it seems like my cheeks are sliding out. Also best deal around!
