New design less dependable.

We have been using these for years for my adult daughter with autism. The design changed some months ago. They removed the tight inner elastic. Sadly, now they leak like crazy at night.

Smell

Opened box, had two sleeves in plastic, open plastic and the smell was overwhelming. Like a very strong plastic chemical. Had to take them outside and air them out. was really disappointed and will not purchase again.

More coverage on the backside!

I like the softness of these but the medium fits like a small. There isn't enough coverage of the backside. I know there are others with the same problem I'm sure. Reconstruct the backside and the size.

Consistency

Raised prices and cut size down. Not good for those in between sizes. You have to go thru a whole box of ill fitted underwear before having to purchase a new box bigger size.

please bring back previous type

Please bring back the previous ones that were made for men and women. Have tried 3 different ones and they don’t compare. Always get x large, and other brands are skimpy.

Bad choice

Poorly made, uncomfortable design feel like wearing a thong. The pad is thinner and non absorbent leaks. I returned these, would rather pay more than being embarrassed in public

Another Change for the worse

WHY WHY WJY? do companies insist on making changes that are NOT needed. The old design worked and were moderately comfortable. These new ones are too small and leak up the back. I am beyond upset. Bring back the old ones.

First time buyer...will not buy again

I purchased these for my mom based on the almost five stars rating. My mistake was not reading the recent reviews. They are way too small, not what she expected. Will go back to Tena or some of the other brands. Will return them tomorrow.

Regrettably, you changed a great item. Your new product leaks, rips more easily and not as comfortable. You obviously didn’t get feedback from your current and loyal customers before changing the product.
