These underwear gave her total protection. I like that they fit her good. She felt comfortable in them and the size were perfect for her. She wears a medium and they were true to size. I feel like I'm wearing a kotex feminine pad. I like the stretchyness of them but the top of the pants roll down inside my slacks. I suffer from minor bladder leaks and feel I do better with just panty liners rather than the whole bulkiness of these undergarments.
