You dont notice any urine smell when you do have to go in them. There is not much gap between legs. They look like underwear but protect you from those embarrassing leaks. They tend to hold a lot of you have a few accidents before you can go somewhere to take them off to change them.

I found that they were not too bulky to wear. I found them perfect for what I needed them for with no leakages at all and no tears or rips any where.
