[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These adult underwear are so comfortable and silky smooth against your body.I like that if you do have some leakage they absorb it and keep you dry and odor free. They are enhanced with cotton which helps to reduce friction.I also like that they are contoured between the legs so there is less bunching. Very comfortable to wear. Great product!

I have a problem of not making it to the bathroom in the night. Member's Mark Total Protection Underwear hasn’t leaked. I like how easy they are to remove. You just tear off the sides and easily toss it into the garbage. They come in a cute pink color. I have tried large and extra large. I wear 3x pants and the xlarge fits good. The size large seems much smaller than xtra large. Other than the big difference in size, I am happy with Member’s Mark, Total Protection Underwear.

The absorbency doesn't seem to be the same. Maybe I have a bad batch where the gathering around the leg area is off.

Using them you have no worries of leaking through. They come in handy when going to doctors or any other outside appointments. I would recommend.
