They are enhanced with cotton which helps to reduce friction.I also like that they are contoured between the legs so there is less bunching. Very comfortable to wear. Great product!

They can catch your urine they can catch your feces or they can catch both. I would recommend to anyone that's self conscious about people noticing their protective underwear. You may want to size up. I found the small size to be very, very small. The still fit but, were quite snug.
