[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on this size and was a bit of a concern but the QLED in this great room turned out to be awesome. We have a lot of sunlight, by design that comes into this room at all times of the day. I notice that it will change the darks to light, and light to dark depending on the environment. Interesting. You have to play with the settings. However, once you dial them in, you will be impressed on it works. With that said, I have another 65" Samsung in my bedroom. It is an OLED. Also gets a lot of sunlight. I also recognize that streaming services and traditional cable services have different ways they show a movie or broadcast. I was watching a "streaming" movie in my bedroom on the 65" OLED. I could not see anything, it was dark. Played with the settings and not much changed. Went downstairs to the 85" and all was good. With that said, any other channel ups are bright and awesome. In closing, in my opinion it depends on what you are looking for. this 85" QLED is a great buy for a family room where you will watch the most. If you want to be a vampire and keep things dark, go with a smaller 65" OLED.

We were overwhelmed by the number of choices we were afforded by so many manufacturers about whom we had read articles. And, our final decision was based on the recommendations of our installer and tv guru. We art completely enjoying the larger screen, streaming, and now wonder why we waited so long to make the choice between our own tv and a brand new Samsung. We couldn’t be more impressed or happier with our choice!

I'm sure that the price of this television will continue to come down, but for now I have the opportunity to watch a cutting edge unit. I've compared it with other brands of the same size and have yet to find anything from LG or similar competitors that stand up to the Samsung.

I was torn between this tv and the Sony X90cl. I ordered the Sony, but it was busted on delivery. Since I had to go back to the store I revisited the Mini LED Samsung and decided that I would like to go that route. The tv is great. Really pops with the right content. Great 4K @120HZ gaming. the 86 really fills my space and is so much more immersive than my 65 inch tv.

I bought this TV for Super Bowl weekend and love the picture quality. However, I'm struggling to figure out all its features. I don't even know where to start. For example, I can't get Alexa to work properly. Whenever I think I've got it set up, the Alexa app takes over what I'm watching on TV.

I play multiplayer consoles on their with all our family friends and spend HOURS on it having the best laughs, competitions, and entertainment after a BBQ! Absolutely LOVE this beast of a T.V. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV looks spectacular! I love all the Samsung TV plus channels. Ambient mode is so fun, I put different photos up everyday. And there is also generative wallpaper that is fun to choose your mood and place and see what it comes up with. Being able to use 2 sets of Bluetooth headphones at the same time is a game changer. I’ve been waiting for this for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is, without a doubt the best television we have ever owned!! The crystal clear picture with amazing black and dark colors is unbelievable. My old Samsung UHD had trouble handling dark and black colors and would cause some haloing and striping of blacks and grays; Not this Neo QLED though. If you are looking for a great picture with amazing colors, this is the Television for you!!

Brights are bright and darks are dark just like they should be. There is a bit of a learning curve to some of the features, but we’ve navigated it all fairly well.
