I also just bought a new Samsung Vacuum cleaner. I really cant tell you enough about the Picture of this TV ! I love everything about it, it's 75in. The sharpness the Vibrant colors and the clarity on this thing. I do wish it had a setting for 4K Ultra to fit the whole screen. I would recommend this TV to everyone who loves the in home Movie Theater experience. it's AWESOME.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to watch all TV shows. The family does gaming and have great TV quality picture. Since 15 years ago my parents see TV clearer and family with hearing issues hear TV clearer without TV volume on high, where family is yelling across house. Overall the Samsung TV last the color you see on day one coming from picture quality does not seem to dim or as I have heard it called (burned in to screen) it always is lovely and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and when paired with a Symphony capable Samsung sound bar also immersive sound quality especially with Dolby Atmos. Was easy for me to configure in the settings menu--the only issue I seem to be having and what is preventing me from giving this TV five stars is a notification that keeps appearing when I turn the set on that I need to go into Service Mode to make certain adjustments. I haven't tried to do that fearing the warranty would be voided and it hasn't yet appeared to affect the TV imaging at all yet this is a definite annoyance and a possible future concern. Hitting Factory reset was ineffective with this issue. Also doesn't seem to matter which TV input I am working from. I don't think this happens to everyone but it has to me.

I'm sure that the price of this television will continue to come down, but for now I have the opportunity to watch a cutting edge unit. I've compared it with other brands of the same size and have yet to find anything from LG or similar competitors that stand up to the Samsung.

I am disappointed in this TV. I bought it thinking it was a new model but now I feel it was a year old. It showed in the picture on line that it was the newer thin one but it’s not. Also the sound it awful and we have to turn it up to 70 to hear most tv programming, I. E. The FBI or Chicago Med etc.

You can tell the quality that Samsung puts into their TVs because we had one that was 7 years old and it worked amazingly but it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of research before buying our TV and I could tell that it was the clearest image you could get without the big jump to OLED. The colors that our Neo-QLED TV has are stunning every time we see them on TV. We have loved watching movies, TV shows, and games which all have amazing color and quality. Mixed with the 120Hz refresh rate, we are able to enjoy a perfect seamless image with fast-paced action shots. We were blown away by all the new features this TV has including Alexa and Samsung TV+. I will always buy a Samsung TV!

You have to use your fingernails to hit a button up or down. The buttons are also too sensitive & move rapidly to different channels or functions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 75” qled that was 5 years old to an 85” neo qled. The difference in picture is amazing and the sound quality (without need for a soundbar or home theater setup) is fantastic. The user interface is fairly intuitive to use and the rechargeable/solar remote is handy and easy to use. Felt it was a great value for the price. Only one complaint would be how ridiculously heavy it is. I hadn’t expected it to be quite so much heavier than the old 75 inch.
