The picture is nice but the voice sound is distorted some and not really clear. I tried all the settings including the AI sound settings but that made it worse with a lot of base in the speech. It's worse on movie channels so I'm going to return it for a 65" QN90 that has a different sound system. The first QN85 we receive was really bad so I returned it. The 2nd one was much better but still has some voice distortion. The music sound is very good. The widget music only allows 2 choices and SirusXM is not one of them and are not easy to change. It doesn't come with a Direct TV icon so you have to make one. Our older Samsung TVs came with Direct TV icon. If you do not subscribe to Netflix, Disney, or Prime Video, the remote buttons are worthless. Also the Hands Free Bixby speaker is not on the QN85D but the Hands Free is in the settings. This was confusing. I'm pretty technically experienced but I had to Call Samsung numerous times to set up the cell phone and other things. The location of some settings are not clear. There's a learning curve to overcome. Also you cannot skip the advertisement on Samsung TV plus and the same advertisement often comes up. This is very annoying...for the price of this TV it should be advertisement free.

I have to turn off the tv for a few seconds and turn back on. I was surprised that this happened but when I googled the issue this is not new. there were videos on how to fix which didn't work for me. I have the original tv settings. It only happened twice in a month so not a major problem but a surprise for me that it happens at all on a new tv. Other than that I really love the tv.

I bought this TV for Super Bowl weekend and love the picture quality. However, I'm struggling to figure out all its features. I don't even know where to start. For example, I can't get Alexa to work properly. Whenever I think I've got it set up, the Alexa app takes over what I'm watching on TV.

It is especially useful and vibrant for 4K and 8 K scenery videos on YouTube. The images approach 3D with the separation of near and far images. The onboard speakers are sufficient for speech as well as music, e.g. easy listening and classical. The built-in Samsung TV+ is great for variety. It was our first Usage upon mounting the set ... for six hours.

I am disappointed in this TV. I bought it thinking it was a new model but now I feel it was a year old. It showed in the picture on line that it was the newer thin one but it’s not. Also the sound it awful and we have to turn it up to 70 to hear most tv programming, I. E. The FBI or Chicago Med etc.

I was impressed by the images in an uncontrolled environment. I turned the TV on and off, switched apps, and enjoyed it. I loved its solar-powered remote control. I ended up buying a new TV.

Screen, almost as if my movies are live. Has built-in surround sound, so there's need in spending extra, the sound is fantastic, giving you that theater feeling. Also with the 65in. the picture is clear easy on the eyes, when your movie is over...it leaves you with a feeling of wanting to watch another! I love the Samsung...it's not just a picture, the quality they put into it...? Well...let's just say it's like owning your very own mini.. theater, Just don't forget to buy the popcorn.

It should be smart enough to figure out from the incoming stream. When it was connected to HDMI 1, the TV (even Netflix) will not work unless the DirecTV is on though there is no relationship between the two. Or Netflix will only work for about an hour and turn off until we switch on DirectTV receiver. I have connected a Physical ethernet cable to the TV.
