I've bought this projector mainly for my switch. It works great, good for gaming on it, good enought brightness in pitch black room (even at 100" in Mario Kart it was alot of fun and the image was bright enought). Good for Netflix and other apps, when watching more "casual" content it does the job well and were happy with it. We had no tv in our room and now we have a quick useable 100". Never tried Gen1 but Gen2 is quick and there's alot of image customisation options. But I wont recommend it for a high end pc, series x or ps5 console. The 1080P image makes it hard to see all the details in games. Any other casual stuff, no sweat!

Even at 100 inches, the picture remains sharp and bright, with colors that really pop—something I honestly didn’t expect from a projector this compact. I currently have it installed in my studio, and it’s become a favorite spot for my kids to watch movies. They love the big-screen feel, and I love that I can easily move it around when needed. The setup is incredibly simple—just plug it in, point it at a wall, and it automatically adjusts the focus and angle perfectly every time. Another thing I appreciate is how lightweight and portable it is. Whether I’m moving it from the studio to the living room or taking it on a trip, it fits in a small bag and sets up in minutes. The sound quality is surprisingly good for its size, and when paired with an external speaker, it feels like a true theater experience. Overall, The Freestyle combines style, portability, and great performance in one small package. It’s perfect for family movie nights, creative setups, or anyone who wants a big, clear image without the hassle of a bulky projector. Absolutely worth the 5 stars!

Very good quality and lighting! If you wonder “is it usable in the day time” yes it is! Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend it.

You get what you pay for it might be on the more expensive side of portable projectors. (I dont actually know) but it's surprising how quickly it can adapt to any surface and focus it's image. At an angle up, down, left, right it really gets the best picture possible. I find it does run hot though and fan can get a little loud but meh no big deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been one of my purchases ever. As a DJ I take it with me to my gigs to project videos and it is sure to impress the audience. As a gamer when I am not at an event I kick back and play my favorite games on my wall. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This projector is 100% better then the last it has a gaming hub!!! All my games are in one place for me to choose from. The projector gets bright enough for a relatively low lit room. It connects seamlessly with my phone and tablet. Casting my tablet using Dex is amazing. It works as a home hub so I can see every device and interact with it effortlessly. But the highlight of the device is the game hub. I can stream games from my PC, and Xbox with little to no latency. Best purchase I've made in a long time. I had the 1st Gen before this and after about a year the light started to go out. So I replaced it with the 2nd Gen and ever since ive had no problems. It's lasted a very long time. I rate this product 10/10 I would definitely buy again especially a 3rd Gen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mine for work daily for all my video meets and ive gotten more requests for what im using amd where i got it then the subject of the meeting. The clarity makes having muted meetings possible. I can literally read lips with no delay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design. The smaller products versatility makes it easy to use and travel with. The ui is very intuitive. I like the color, the expandable battery, the many options for connecting together different devices. Its fast and smooth and the brightness is just right for semi lit rooms. The best projector I've ever owned. ❤️
