If the image appears too dim, please first ensure your unit is running the latest firmware, as updates may include picture quality enhancements: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If brightness is still not to your preference, try adjusting the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode • Dynamic: Brighter and clearer for well-lit spaces • Standard: Default mode for general viewing • Movie: Ideal for darker rooms For more control, you can also fine-tune your image settings under: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings If you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
