Helps me Relax

I previously used the Hit stick which I used to have to stand up and hold while the kids took swings, but with the Hurricaine 4 I can sit on the Bucket and give instructions. I know it's more expensive but it also allows for Reps to be taken by the hitters without any assistance of someone having to hold the hit stick for example. Easy to assemble and dissassemble, not terribly too heavy, it should last for years with my youngsters.

This trainer was brought by a kid's dad the day of a major tourney our boy's team played in. The team put up 21 runs on the competition for that first game and then went on to run the bracket and win the tourney. I give much of the credit to the swing timing the kids developed from the short time on this trainer.

Outstanding but a little heavy.

This product is absolutely amazing skills has hit a homerun with this I am a 30-year-old who played baseball all the way through college and can even hit this is hard as I can and will not affect it at all my daughter absolutely loves it my son absolutely loves it you can sit there and hit on it all day and it will tell you basically if you had a bad hit or not because the bobble. For the price I would highly recommend this over the RBI vortex but if you're rich and money is no option then I will go ahead and get that RBI vortex because it's about 30 pounds lighter and it folds up so its easier to put up.

Hurricane delivers

The Hurricane is invaluable during the cold wintery weather. You don't need a lot of room to set this up or to use it indoors. My son is on it for 2 to 3 hours a day just swinging away. Nice part is, he doesn't have to hit and then retrieve the ball from a hitting net. Just get in his stance and swing. Very durable and a great product. Price was cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Well worth the money.

Best hitting tool outside pitching

This is worth the price. The rubber footing keeps it in place even on cement floors. One kid can use this all day and not have to chase balls, reload machines or wait for a good pitch. You can move around and you can adjust high and low to work on pitches in different locations. You can tell how well you hit by how far it goes around or if it bounces up and down. Highly recommend for any level

Well made and fun!

Bought this a few weeks ago and have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to setup and how well it works. I have used it regularly and just love it! Sure, it isn't like having live pitching but it is cool to just line up and swing at a ball. It is pretty heavy so I haven't had to much trouble keeping it in place. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a way to practice your swing.

Swing away

Item is great for evening out the perfect swing for softball or baseball players! Repetition is key... Item came in quickly. Very sturdy, just wish they had 1 more tension available as my oldest daughter is hitting on the strongest one already. Little pricey too

Hurricane Batting Trainer

Well, it matched exactly the description in the sales literature, as wwell as what the testimonials commented on. It arrived quickly, it was easy to set up, and the item worked as described. Only concern would be the four "rubber" straps. They can't last forever, and testimonials said replacements aren't available from the company. That's too bad! If for some reason they break early, I will revise my opinion on the product; but for now after only four days, it is a good trainer. My grandson seems to love it, and he is a great hitter on Little League.

Great Investment

This is a great practice tool for little league on up... The person who complained that this did not work right, did not read the directions-- you have to grease the shaft in order for it to operate smoothly-- this is revealed in the instructions. My teams have used this for three seasons and it works really well. You can't beat the current price!

Good tool for hitting

This was great for practicing form and follow through. We only are using 2 tension cords because my son is 10 and cannot set up quickly enough yet to swing when it comes back to him. It needs eoungh space to swing around and come back and also enough space so your kid can fully swing and not hit something inadvertantly with his or her bat. We set it up in the basement but it can be good in a garage or even outside.
