I've used these for a couple days now before bed and I already notice a difference! It's gradual but definitely there! I'm hoping for even more after a few weeks of use! They are a little tricky to apply but I'm starting to get the hang of it. I found that making sure your teeth are somewhat dry helps them stick better. Eat at home whitening!

I have gone to get them professionally whitened about three times and have always experienced extreme sensitivity pain afterwards. With this product I have to wait 2-3 days until the next dose due to pain. It is simply not worth it for me. I rather get instant results one day and take pain pills instead of these week treatment. If you don't have my issue you should give these a try they are reasonable priced and are easy to use and after using it for a week I did see my shade 1 shade brighter or at least a slight difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Crest 3D Whitestrips for a week and while they did noticeably whiten my teeth, I did experience some tooth sensitivity along the way. The strips were easy to use, but I noticed a few spots where the whitening solution seemed more concentrated, which led to uneven results in certain areas. Some parts of my teeth are whiter than others, so it's not a perfectly even transformation. They work, but I'd recommend being careful with placement and maybe using them every other day if you have sensitive teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to open packages. The strops are user-friendly to apply and can be removed in 60 minutes, so it's quick and easy. This product has peroxide in it and becomes super... foamy??? Is that the proper word? Either way, it can feel very awkward. Myself and one other member in my household tried this product. We both had throat issues. My throat became very painful. To the point I had to remove the strips and rinse my mouth. My gums bled as well. The same happened to my family member. Teeth did appear whiter after one usage but that could be wishful thinking or the strip peeling off other stuff on teeth.

I was reluctant to believe I would see any results within seven days, especially since my teeth weren't particularly yellow or gray. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely noticed the difference. You can see in my before picture at the top, my teeth looked fine, but over seven treatments later there was a big difference. There was no taste, no smell, and most importantly no tooth sensitivity. I've tried whitening treatments over the years and there are times when my teeth hurt so much that I quit. I was bewildered when I opened my package delivered to me just today. I wasn't sure which set to use - the Professional Effects or the Supreme Bright - and still don't know what is the difference. The packaging was a plain cardboard box with the Crest logo inside the lid (see pictures). I read the back of both of the packets to try to figure out the difference, but they are basically the exact words and ingredients - no helpful information - just warnings. I could find no instructions on the packets, nor on or inside the box, other than "Peel, Apply, Reveal." Not exactly helpful. How long? What details? It seems I remember folding them up and behind the teeth, as well, from previously using them years ago, but did I remember correctly? The design has changed over the years and my memory is waning. I went to their website, crestwhitesmile.com, and did find **some** more instructions: 3 easy steps to a beautiful, whiter smile: Peel Whitestrips from backing Apply firmly to surface of teeth Reveal your whiter smile For Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional Effects: Use once a day for 30 minutes. -- Ok - so I got the amount of time you're supposed to leave the Professional Effects on. And somewhere in their negative reviews, they did respond to someone and included the remark to fold them to the back of the teeth. So I did remember something correctly - but that is still nowhere to be found in this 'generic' shipment of them. And I am still wondering for how many days; and what about the Supreme Bright? This packaging also makes me wonder what the expiration date is on them, and the only hint is the stamp on the packet: (L)1256V441. Maybe that has some code that they can decipher, but that is useless to the consumer. Because I have successfully used Crest White Strips before, I am giving it a rating of 3 stars, in spite of only receiving them today and not having a chance to see if they are going to work for me. However, the suspect packaging, lack of better instructions, and question as to whether these are already expired or not is making me drop this down a couple of stars. Perhaps after using them for a week?? I will be able to update my review. (But I still don't know - do I use all 20 (20 days)? A week seems reasonable.)

Can make your teeth sensitive, especially if it's your first time using them, but it doesn't last long! I thought they were kind of expensive the first time I bought them, but after a couple weeks your teeth are whiter, so totally worth the price in my opinion! They are perfect for in between professional teeth whitening sessions or if you want to save money and DIY! You can't go wrong with Crest strips. Definitely a must have!!

After using the Crest 3D Whitestrips for one week, I definitely noticed a visible improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. The color looked noticeably brighter, especially around the edges where I had the most staining. However, I did experience bad sensitivity throughout the week—mainly sharp zaps during and after the treatment. While the results were great in terms of whitening, the sensitivity was tough to deal with. If you have sensitive teeth, I'd recommend using them every other day or following up with a sensitivity toothpaste.

They're easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and stay in place. I had mild sensitivity, but it didn't last long. Each strip is individually packaged, which makes it convenient and hygienic. For the results you get, the value is definitely worth it!
