Disappointed
Ordered 2 sets of these online. Both came in a brown box, no instructions. Neither box had the correct # of strips in it. I've never used them before so instructions would be great. Crest's website is terrible and basically tells you to follow the instructions in the box. I should have just bought these in store, in a retail pack. It's a joke, and a liability, that they are packing and shipping in this manner, with no instructions.

BLEACHED MY GUMS!!
Worst product ever! I bought these less than a month ago because of the low price. I've used other crest whitening strips and have never had a problem with them. I used these crest white strips the recommended way for 30 minutes and I started to notice my gums would start tingling and burn so bad that I had to take them off sometimes. I started to notice my gums were turning white and even starting to recede. I am so upset and want my money back. I can't believe they are allowed to sell these.

Crest White Strips quality has become horrendous
Crest Whitestrips efficacy has become reliably unpredictable. I've used Crest whitening strips for many many years and always had stellar results, however, sometime in the last 5 or so years, the branding and varieties have become so diluted that 1) there is clear or understandable differentiation between the sets and 2) the results are so incredibly lackluster that you're left wondering how these are being marketed has "professional". I learned that years back, I had better results from boxes purchased in stores rather than online because store temperatures are typically regulated better. However, after this last set of professional effects, all whitestrips truly are a total gamble. There must be a reason their "highest quality" strips are always 50% off.

Amazing Product
I purchased this product to brighten my teeth. I did however noticed a little sensitivity, so I decided to alternate days to every other day. The results were great! You don't have to use the full application to get the results you are seeking. You will notice a difference after a few usage. I recommend this product.
Disappointed
Like the other reviews I was shocked these arrived in a plain box with no instructions. If I had bought them in the store they would not have come that way. I should not have to go online to look up how to use them. I paid the same price as the product sold in the store, boxed and with instructions. No where did it say they came unboxed. I would not buy again

WHERE IS THE CREST PACKAGING??? ARE THEY SAFE???
expected to open up my Sam's box and find a blue crest box, I didn't. Inside my Sam's My I have used Crest Whitestrips for several years so I know how they should be packaged in shrinkwrap for guaranteed safe use. The order I received was in an unsealed plain brown box with no label. The box contains Crest Whitestrips that look like they were randomly thrown in. There are no instructions or indications that they are safe to use. What happened to Crest's consumer safely assurance?

would not recommend
I ordered these online through Sam's, they came in a brown box doesn't look anything like what I ordered. There's no instructions on how to use them only one of the two different kinds says one hour the other one I had to look up on the Internet how long they need to stay on for. unprofessional, no instructions, and it just doesn't feel safe.

Uncleared instructions
I have received my package. I'm at my third treatment so far no results. However I'm very confident it's too early to have noticiable results as my teeth are not extremely stained. But looking forward to whiter teeth after my active braces treatment. The only confusion I have is that I have just noticed than in this website the suggested time per treatment is 30 min. However in the box says 45 minutes. May I please get assistance on how many minutes should I leave the strips on.

Not great for Christmas Present
I expected to open up my Sam's box and find a blue crest box, I didn't. Inside my Sam's box was a plain brown box, no writing, opened up that box and it contains the crest white strips packs just thrown in there. No rubber band, no instructions, just imagine you dumped out everything that is in a normal crest box, then take the instructions away, and that's what's in this box. I wanted this as a Christmas present, but it's not going to work. I can't gift a non name brand box.
Great product, but please include use instructions
I have purchased the retail item in the past and have been happy with the results. However, since ordering on-line and receiving the product in the plain brown box, I suggest (and would prefer) that Crest include the instructions for use inside the box. This could be done either with an enclosed paper instructions, or printed on the inside cover of the box. I should not have to go-online again to find the proper use instructions.
