Great so far!

We've ordered these before, they came just like the picture with the blue box. Our newest order arrived in a tiny brown box, with the strips loose inside. It honestly looks like a free trial sample or something. It definitely didn't include two boxes worth of strips as advertised.

I tried these at the recommendation of my dentist. Couldn't be happier with the results. I'm a coffee drinker and hate the yellowing that my coffee consumption leaves behind. These saved me from a costly professional whitening. My dentist suggested I try these first. I've had sensitive teeth in the past, but these haven't caused any problems in that regard.

The three whitening levels on the 3D line are visible, dramatic, and professional. Naturally, my expectations for the Professional Effects strips were very high. Unfortunately, my results have been extremely disappointing. I even went so far as to supplement the strips with the 3D mouthwash, toothpaste, and brush. Still the results are barely noticeable at best. Crest gets a point in the performance category as the new advanced seal strips do a great job holding to teeth. But at the end of the day, it's the whitening that counts. And these strips lack the ability to whiten at anything remotely close to a professional level.

Worst product ever! I bought these less than a month ago because of the low price. I've used other crest whitening strips and have never had a problem with them. I used these crest white strips the recommended way for 30 minutes and I started to notice my gums would start tingling and burn so bad that I had to take them off sometimes. I started to notice my gums were turning white and even starting to recede. I am so upset and want my money back. I can't believe they are allowed to sell these.

I purchased this product to brighten my teeth. I did however noticed a little sensitivity, so I decided to alternate days to every other day. The results were great! You don't have to use the full application to get the results you are seeking. You will notice a difference after a few usage. I recommend this product.

I expected to open up my Sam's box and find a blue crest box, I didn't. Inside my Sam's box was a plain brown box, no writing, opened up that box and it contains the crest white strips packs just thrown in there. No rubber band, no instructions, just imagine you dumped out everything that is in a normal crest box, then take the instructions away, and that's what's in this box. I wanted this as a Christmas present, but it's not going to work. I can't gift a non name brand box.

Ordered 2 sets of these online. Both came in a brown box, no instructions. Neither box had the correct # of strips in it. I've never used them before so instructions would be great. Crest's website is terrible and basically tells you to follow the instructions in the box. I should have just bought these in store, in a retail pack. It's a joke, and a liability, that they are packing and shipping in this manner, with no instructions.

I have purchased the retail item in the past and have been happy with the results. However, since ordering on-line and receiving the product in the plain brown box, I suggest (and would prefer) that Crest include the instructions for use inside the box. This could be done either with an enclosed paper instructions, or printed on the inside cover of the box. I should not have to go-online again to find the proper use instructions.
