I would never be able to afford the really expensive Wagyu beef, but this gives an idea of what it tastes like, at a price anyone can afford. I haven’t actually made burgers out of this yet, but I use it for eat loaf, casseroles, and everything else. I have a lot of this in my freezer because I don’t want to run out. Great product.
