[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the TV since 4/25, and overall we are happy with the TV and its functions. One problem for us is the sound levels. We have the TV set at a comfortable listening level, and suddenly the sound increases to a level 10 times higher. It is a blast of loud sound, and then it will go away. We have adjusted the sound level numerous times, and it just won't stop doing this blast of sound occasionally. We never know when it is coming or why? Maybe you all have a suggestion as to how to resolve this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following a power outage, my ISP appeared to have trouble connecting to the SmartThings server, which caused all of my smart apps to stop functioning—except for Netflix, which continued to stream content without issue. Other apps, including YouTubeTV, Disney+, Prime Video, and YouTube, were all unresponsive. I spent several hours troubleshooting the issue: updating my router firmware, replacing Cat5e cables, performing a factory reset on the TV, and power cycling multiple devices. Despite these efforts, the problem persisted until the following day, when everything returned to normal. However, I had to completely rebuild my main TV menu as a result.

In my office I'll watch the news or work on my power point presentation. In our bed room my wife & I relax by watching TV in bed. These TVs have so many great features such as easy setup. It has great sound. You can't beat the picture quality we love it. Everything we watch is through our wifi. Connecting to the wifi was easy. Using mirror screen from my phone and computer has been seamless. I wish I had just one thing bad to say but I don't. Our family loves Samsung we own everything Samsung. Our phones, TVs, washer and dryer, computers, tablet you name it. We've had nothing but good luck with everything.

Decided to watch through the Marvel universe and once on DareDevil the auto dim feature made me want to toss the tv out the window. No way to actually disable it. Still thinking of dumping this tv for a Sony. At this price, you shouldn’t be forced to use any feature- it should be able to be turned off.

The apps that I pay for are hidden in a screen full of stuff I can’t access without a subscription. I realize you get paid to advertise those links. But that doesn’t preclude you from making MY stuff more accessible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched heavily for a tv that could support the power and picture that my ps5 could pump out. This tv supports everything it can throw at it. I am very happy with my choice. Every game I play the picture looks stunning and real. No jitters or lag. Just clear crisp colors and motions. I could not ask for anything more. Streaming is also fantastic on it making fast pace and explosion scenes seem like your in the middle of them. I always skeptical of the sound that can come out of a tv that is so thin, but the quality is very impressive. Loud and easy to hear wherever you are in the room watching. All in all i could never ask for a better tv.

Screen, almost as if my movies are live. Has built-in surround sound, so there's need in spending extra, the sound is fantastic, giving you that theater feeling. Also with the 65in. the picture is clear easy on the eyes, when your movie is over...it leaves you with a feeling of wanting to watch another! I love the Samsung...it's not just a picture, the quality they put into it...? Well...let's just say it's like owning your very own mini.. theater, Just don't forget to buy the popcorn.

Or latest is the 75" flat screen and it is a compleate joy to watch. The subject matters are crisp and clear and we see no distortion being on such a large screen. Our livingroom is not large,so we are not that far from the screen and still enjoy it immensely.
