Fatty, not as thick as brand name, slices do not hold up

Lower salt is good but the rest is bad

Definitely thick cut.  Think of a streak,  but bacon steak.

I consider this bacon a poor product.  I cook a lot of bacon for church ministries and this is not a quality bacon.  The Wright brand and Hormel Black Label brand are much better quality bacon.

Poor bacon

I love this thick bacon. I especially like that the two packages are held together with a thick tape vs. the other brands that but a strong glue. As I age, the strong glue is almost impossible for be to break apart. I also like the perforated edge to get into the package.
