Taste is great, crispy when cooked right, but goes bad fast right after opening and the slices are inconsistent and not all are always thick. Not buying anymore because it goes brown even after sealing in package in comes in or even in other airtight containers we've tried to keep it fresh.

I really like this bacon. I prefer thick cut, but many people have mentioned that it's too thick, almost ham like. So, it depends on your preference. I'm particular about my bacon though, so I don't always buy it if I can't find a good one. The flavor is good and consistent.

Usually buy Wright bacon here at SamsClub but since they were out at the time, we grabbed members mark ‘thick cut’ as its replacement. It was not as nicely trimmed, as thick cut as and did not cook or taste nearly as good as the Wright brand. Would I buy again? Probably not.

This Hickory smoked thick cut bacon was a very pleasant surprise. Because it was so reasonable to purchase my concern was the quality of the bacon. One portion was more than ample and extremely tasty. Just the aroma of it cooking and the unique flavor made my mouth water. It's nice that it's in a resealable package and there's no waste. Once cooked in oven it has very little fat and cooks to a very crispy slice of bacon.

I always go to Sam's for my favorite Wright's bacon. Since they no longer carry it, I thought I would give this one a try. Thankfully I only purchased one package because it is not anywhere close to being what Wrights is. To say I am disappointed in the quality and taste is an understatement. I can honestly say this is the worst bacon I have ever purchased. Please bring back Wright's.

This bacon is good quality. You can tell by the thickness of it and how well it cooks. We used by turning it into bacon bits, having slices of bacon on the side and using the bacon for different meals. You could really taste the difference in quality. Having it divided evenly really helps with storage and freezing. I don't need to put the extra into a ziplock bag. Would definitely recommend this to others who are in the market for bacon.

Had quit buying Smithfield brand as they were more fat than anything else. I was trimming at least 1/3 off. This was my first purchase of MM brand and it is a huge improvement over Smithfield. Very lean ( for bacon) and had a very good taste. Will buy again.

This is definitely high quality and delicious bacon! I really love that the packaging has the 4 pounds of bacon split into 2 pound portions. The bacon had a great meat to fat ratio and the flavor was smoky with subtle woody hints. These bacon slices were thick too, way thicker than other brands we have tried. My whole family enjoyed these and would highly recommend!

This has some of the best flavor I've ever had in bacon with the salty and smokiness in it, but not too smokey. It is very thick and takes a while to cook, so I had to use medium heat so it didn't burn. It's perfect by itself, but I would love to add it to potatoes and salads, too!
