I think this chair will last for a lot longer than regular chairs. Comfortable, but the extra weight of the lower part sometimes makes it hard to roll on carpet. But, I would rather have something that is solid and lasts. Not just for big people, as it is comfortable for lighter weight people too. Could use a little lumbar support, but for the price, I am not complaining. I would recommend this to anyone.

Changed out wheels for the rollerblade type of wheels. That helped tremendously with being able to actually scoot forward and backward. Screws on left armrest become loose quite easily. One ended up stripping the hole while the other becomes loose again after about a week of use. The same armrest's foam has split on the side. It makes it very uncomfortable to rest your arm on it. I've tied a piece of fabric around it, which seems to help, but I feel like I shouldn't have to alter the chair after having it less than 2 years. I wouldn't recommend this chair. Go with one of the pricier chairs from a reputable company.

We've only had this chair for two weeks and so far it seems sturdy. My husband is a big man and it fits the width of his back which is good. There aren't any squeaky noises coming from it yet so hopefully that is a good sign that it will hold up. Also the prices on these chairs are better here than at Staples.

An excellent chair and tremendous value. Easily meets expectations. Assembling the chair, while simple, was somewhat cumbersome in that the pieces are so heavy, and it could use better instructions. But if you're a big person, this chair is awesome! It rolls easily on my carpet. Similar chairs cost hundreds more. Highly recommend!

this is an excellent chair for anyone needing a larger chair , it could use a little more padding in the seat but i just folded a towel and it helped . it is a sturdy chair well worth the price [ plus free shipping from walmart ] i dont think you could break it if you tried , i paid twice this for another chair from a place that specializes in large size products and it broke the first month. it is pretty easy to assemble [ directions could be better ] but the pieces are very heavy-- i did put it together by myself but it would be easier to have someone help .

I have had this chair for several years and it is fine except for the arm pads. They are constantly spliting on the seam where they attach. They have replaced several times and the replacements do the same thing after several months. I wish they would fix this problem but they do not. This costs to much for a constant problem like this.

I am a big man and this chair is really well built and comfortable and big

Vert comfortable and sits high!

Great chairs for the price. Sturdy firm, but very comfortable.

Chair is comfortable; Wheels do not turn or swivel well on tile.
