The grid is slow to appear at times. The the show content is incorrect many times and the volume fluctuates when auto is off.

Connecting your tv with your phone through smart things is simple and user-friendly. Screen quality is very realistic and vivid. The apps that can be downloaded are plenty and the app library is constantly being upgraded.

Comparing the features, size and colors, we felt that going with Samsung was, again, the best route for us. It was an easy set up (wall mounted). It is lighter than the old one. Now, after five months, we have no regrets. We would do it again, we feel we made the best decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this 65 QLED. I use it for gaming movies as a desktop computer screen. Even have hooked up my Galaxy s25 ultra up with it. It's smooth runs great with my wifi 6. The controller is solar power or I can hook it up to the same charger as my phone. Works seamlessly with samsung TV. Only this I've found that it is missing is an internal antenna for local channels. But you can still use and old school one and get like 40 channels over the air. Do yourself a favor and pick one up.

In my personal and professional opinion, any TV of this caliber should and will be paired with external audio devices, that being said, I will not touch on sound. You can watch this TV in any amount of light and darkness and get incredible feedback on your colors without any noticeable glare. Very rich yet without saturation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this T. V.! It was my first 4K I could never go back to HD. When there isn't a compatible version of something you wanna watch the difference is so dramatic It's pretty inconvenient and unfortunate when there isn't a 4K version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv hardware is fine but every time that I turn it on I am upset that I bought the tv. The OS plays an advertisement during the first approx. 10 seconds EVERY time I turn it on. The remote feels like a toy. and almost requires that it is connected to wifi to operate. I had to buy a real remote online to keep me from throwing the standard remote in the trash. I had 2 older Samsung flat screen tvs that were great but this one may be my last Samsung tv.

Always has best in visuals, sound, performance, and of course the seamless easy connections between devices. Always satisfied and makes everything much easier in this life that's already hard enough.

I use it for gaming and streaming movies and the quality is better than any other television I've owned. I would recommend it to anyone
