[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the main TV in my house. I am using it mainly to watch Cable and programs from the various streaming services to which I subscribe. I do not play games and can't rate it as a gaming screen. This TV has a great picture and decent sound. (I have not added a soundbar) The only deficiency is that there are very limited video inputs other than the HDMI inputs. It's is a problem for hooking up older surround sound receivers and DVD players that still use RCA plugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung TV. Setup was easy and the picture is very clear and bright. I can actually see the hockey puck when the Knights play. Streaming works very seamlessly because of the guide. Very happy with your product so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is used to view shows and sporting events from streaming services/apps and provides an excellent picture. Sound quality is good. The setup was mostly easy with the only issue being finding and adding the apps I wanted. Some of them were not in the menu so I had to search for them. Also, the ability to arrange the apps on the home page is not well explained, had to look up online. Otherwise, love the TV.

The 2012 48" Samsung we replaced had a better picture when watching HD cable channels and sports. This new TV is pretty good when watching movies and some sports in HD but the contrast, sharpness and realism of the image is not up to our expectations. Faces are often mushy and unrealistic unless they are very close up which is frustrating. Watching soccer, which we do a lot of, it is often hard to read the jersey numbers during a game and good luck being able to figure out who the player is based on facial features unless the player is zoomed in on. Our older Samsung was not like that. 4K pictures look decent but most cable TV is still standard HD. The speaker on this TV is pretty good and the TV has plenty and varied connections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for gaming mainly and the sheer fact that it has so many features like when I turn my tv on the xbox comes on and I'm ready to game on top of that the picture quality is better than the tv I replaced and that I spent like 600 more on. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is ok, but the blacks are so dark that there is no picture there and if you adjust the contrast the whole picture washes out. What really bothers me is the back button takes you home not the last Channel, and when you go to a channel you have to watch multiple pop ups before you can listen and watch. One other problem is AI, I have it off, but sometimes it cuts the volume and says listening. That needs to be fixed. I have had this TV for about a year.
