I bought this Basketball hoop a month ago and ran into a small issue that turned into a big issue but the customer service was outstanding. There was a plastic bubble in the handle that would not allow me to screw the handle all the way down. I tried to force the issue and things got jammed and could not be disassembled. I contacted customer service to admit my mistake and order new parts and they stepped up big time. The resent all the parts I needed and did not charge me because it was a defect on the handle. Lesson learned don't try to fix a defect yourself and reach out to the awesome customer service team right away. So very happy I chose this brand and I will recommend them to everyone. Beside the tiny defect the quality is amazing. Very happy.

This was the cheapest price I found for this model. Pretty easy to put together. The directions could probably be a little bit better but overall not too bad. I love the fact that it is easy to change the height. Great for people who have younger and older kids who want to shoot hoops.

I relied heavily on the reviews when I was shopping, so I thought I must return the favor for future shoppers. This BB system is better than I expected. You get what you pay for so I figured it would be safe to pick something in the middle. The reviews I read were fair, and I figured if something went wrong I could go to Wal-Mart and complain directly. Everything went together well. The instructions weren't the best in the world but my son and I figured it out. We followed the instructions to a "T." The only complaint I have, the pole has some movement when the ball hits the backboard. Again, kind of goes with the territory. Nothing is perfect. The adjustable height goes up and down smoothly. I was actually impressed with that. Overall, my son and I will definitely get our use out of it. Looks good in our driveway. Isn't an eyesore, which my wife was scared of. Bare in mind, when you put the poles together at the end, you will need at least 3 strong adults.

I bought this goal as a surprise gift for my husband. My brother dug the hole and used 2 bags of quickcrete to set the pole. The next day he and my husband finished assembly and started playing. My husband is thoroughly enjoying the system and I am very happy with the purchase. In all, it took about 4 hours to dig the hole, assemble the goal, etc. But having all the right tools does make a world of difference. I priced this EXACT same goal at a sporting goods store and it was $399, so getting it at Wal-Mart was a no brainer at $246. It is super easy to adjust the height should you need to and it appears to be a sturdy goal while watching them play. Both my husband and my brother said it "plays well." I used site to store delivery which was great since my local Wal-Mart doesn't carry the in ground systems in the store. Even at 46 y/o my hubby plays at least every other day so he is thrilled and I couldn't be happier with it.

The goal seems to be pretty good quality for the price. The directions are fairly easy to understand. It dod take about 2 hours to assemble the goal. Mixing the concrete and getting the base pole in the ground added about another hour to the process. The directions have pictures of the hardware that are actual size and and helps you match the hardware in that step to the actual hardware in the bags. In two steps - the bolts were a little short. In one we made made it work - in the other we had to go to Lowes and actually buy another bolt. The bolt was only about a dollar - but it was a hassle to have to make the trip. Still - I'd recommend it

This in-ground basketball goal is well worth the price. Keep in mind that it will not have the sturdiness of a more expensive system, but it still worth considering. Installation was straight forward. My only suggestion is that 4 bags of 80# concrete mix is plenty for the hole as described. Touch-up any nicks in the powder coat because rust will quickly form.

Excellent value for a better-than-average quality basketball system. It is perfect for families with kids of all ages. However, if you're looking for something to replicate an experience at the gym, this system will not meet your expectations. The height is exceptionally easy to adjust and the whole system is a bit more solid than most. I wish the backboard were a bit thicker to add even more solidity. Plan to spend several hours on assembly, and it's useful (sometimes necessary) to have two people. The assembly instructions could be clearer.

It is easy to assemble and is well constructed. It is also very, very easy to adjust the height. I shopped around and this was definitely the best value and a great product.

Our kids are thrilled and don't want to come in at night. They and all the neighbors like to hang out at our house and play ball. Couldn't be more pleased!

This basketball is great! Took 2 people one evening to put together and put it in the ground. It's so easy to adjust the hieght on and for the price it's hard to beat.
