Second, make sure the arrows on the blender base and blender bottle are perfectly aligned before trying to blend. If neither of these solve the issue, please contact our team at support@bydash.com. In order for this to be compact and portable, we were not able to design it with the maximum power you may see in some other larger blenders. If you are looking for a more powerful blender, please check out some of our other options!

Hello and thank you for bringing it to our attention that your Dash Portable USB Blender is seemingly not holding a charge. Please note that we developed a safety featured to prevent it from accidentally blending in transport. You will note there are two small arrows (one on blending base, one on blending bottle) - they need to be aligned in order for the unit to blend. If not aligned, it may seem as if it is not charged. If this does not solve the issue, please contact us at support@bydash.com - we would love to help further troubleshoot or issue a replacement unit if yours is defective after all. Thanks!
