In order for this to be compact and portable, we were not able to design it with the maximum power you may see in some other larger blenders. Hello and thank you for bringing it to our attention that your Dash Portable USB Blender is seemingly not holding a charge. Please note that we developed a safety featured to prevent it from accidentally blending in transport. You will note there are two small arrows (one on blending base, one on blending bottle) - they need to be aligned in order for the unit to blend. If not aligned, it may seem as if it is not charged. If this does not solve the issue, please contact us at support@bydash.com - we would love to help further troubleshoot or issue a replacement unit if yours is defective after all. Thanks!

Not worth it

This is not worth the hassle. Constantly turning off because it can't handle blending a little frozen fruit. There is plenty of liquid and I even made sure to have it do a little at a time. Constant issues. I wouldn't recommend.

Not working

Bought it couple weeks ago finally have time to use it i plug it in leave it charging for 3 hrs and still only get red light blinking 8 times.

Horrible - Couldn't mix anything

I tried this and it didn't work at all! We followed all of the directions and it couldn't even get through the frozen fruit. I had high hopes for this little blender bc it would have been perfect for our RV. It is in the trash now 😔
