This doesn't blend well at all. I got it to replace another one of a different brand from a different store that I've had for years (they still sell them usually under $20). I thought it would be convenient to have to cups for it. But it doesn't blend frozen fruit well and takes a very long time to use. I want to return it, but have been using the cups for smoothies after using my old blender similar to this one. Don't waste your money.

It keeps shutting down. It also won't let you blend after 1 cycle. You have to wait quite a long time before it "resets." The things I like about it includes having a bottom that can be unscrewed to add more things while it's blending. If there is larger ( even if soft items) it won't blend & shuts off.

Good blender for the size. Easy to clean. Charging can be a challenge if you don't keep it plugged in after cleaning. You have to be careful about the size and texture of pieces of fruit you use and sometimes it needs a second spin. I do love to convenience of the smaller item and its great for a quick smoothie. The arrows need to line up exactly but they are clear and hard to view. Took a black magic marker to cover them which makes it easy to line them up perfectly. All in all this works well so far and I hope it continues to hold up.

Need help - blinks red 8 times ( fully charged and on correctly )

With nice features like the extra cup, drinking lid, and removable base, this product set the baseline in my search for a better blender. This gave a disappointing performance on multiple occasions, making it more inconvenient and time consuming. I purchased 3 sets, gave one as a gift (not knowing it would suck), and returned the other two (one was defective and the one that did work I tried again and again but i finally said no more).

Description says 16 oz, but only 12

Bought it couple weeks ago finally have time to use it i plug it in leave it charging for 3 hrs and still only get red light blinking 8 times.

The blades in this are so small it's difficult to find anything it can blend on it's own. It's underpowered and I would not recommend it.

Powerful and convenient. I love that it comes with a cover for the blade side. I also like that it comes with two cups.

This is small... The advertisement says this has a 16 oz capacity, but the max stated on the blender itself is just a bit over 12oz.
