[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the extra firm and I am so glad I did. I feel so great when I wake up. It has been about 30 years since my last mattress so I kind of went with the groove. This mattress is attractive and soft on the top-not a pillow top though. I will never regret getting the exta firm as this does my old bones so so good. I actually cant wait to get into bed at night. The delivery people were good and on time so the whole delivery was great, I would definitly recommend.

This is definitely not an extra firm matttress as advertised. During the first months we had it, it was fine, but now, not even a year since we bought it, the mattress is extremely soft, we feel like we sink in and it is causing us severe backpain and my husband and I wake up in the middle of the night to go sleep on our recliners. Also, there is no support on the sides, it seems we are going to fall from the bed. We contacted the company, but according to them the “depression” we have doesnt qualify for a replacement. This is our first and last experience with Beautyrest- we are very upset with the poor quality and replacement standards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beautyrest - Silver BRS900 Medium is a great mattress for comfort. I’m a side and back sleeper so this is perfect. The mattress contains gel memory foam that truely helps lumbar support. It’s great for 2 sleepers since it isolates motion. This so far has been a wonderful mattress and will be for years to come.

I have a really bad back and this mattress has helped a ton with that. Less pain in the mornings getting up. I sleep so much better on this!

It mimics the floor in terms of support, which has been a day-night difference! # of coils provides proper support, along with notable material air flow. I have scoliosis- spondylolithesis- disc bulge that was continuously aggravated by both Casper + Purple mattresses. So grateful to leave all those back problems behind + be reunited with another Beautyrest bed (my original childhood mattress brand)! Stood home the entire weekend I received this bed + slept! No more waking up feeling like a truck hit me! Back in action like I never left!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Simmons Beautyrest Silver BRS900 Medium for about a month now. It's definitely a lot firmer than what I usually go for in a mattress (I'm typically a super plush girl). However, I'm realizing that I need the a firmer mattress like this one for better back support. It is cushy and plush, don't get me wrong, but it has a definite firmness factor. Not in an uncomfortable way at all. My whole body feels supported and I have woken up feeling very well rested just about every morning. The box springs are also very nice looking. I appreciate that if they are left showing, the dark gray upholstery on them looks very stylish and not like I have a sloppy bed. I'm very happy with this mattress and am thankful to sleep well again.

I absolutely love the plush cloud-like pillow top, it is incredibly comfortable and it conforms perfectly to the body’s contours to effectively prevent pressure points on hips and shoulders. I used to wake up with my shoulders and hips aching and never feeling really rested. Now with this Serta Beautyrest I sleep so well, no more tossing and turning all night, and I wake up feeling great and well rested every morning. I never thought a mattress could make such a difference but I can now honestly highly recommend this Beautyrest for the best night’s sleep I have ever had and a noticeable improvement in my overall well-being. Sleeping and lounging on this mattress to read or watch my favorite shows is excellent and very relaxing. I cannot recommend this mattress enough, you must try it yourself, you will not regret it! 1st Night Sleep a 10!! Somewhat higher than I wanted but after sleeping on it, ok with height. Prbly didn't need foundation or should have got low profile but foundation came with this model. I will say it took forrevver doing my research amd reading reviews. This is not firm but a soft med firm, so comfortable. My back soreness will tell the tale! Helped a lot the 1st night! I could hardly walk without a lot of pain. Good luck!

Like another reviewer stated the memory foam remembers to well and leaves a recess in the mattress were I sleep. I find myself having to rotate the mattress every month or so and sometimes place folded blankets under the mattress to offset the recess. I am 6’ 250lbs which is not ridiculous size to cause such a continuous recess in this mattress. I have only had the mattress 4 years.

Our mattress is no where near plush! Purchased in November 2024...manufacture date is Oct of 2024. We have had to put a topper on it because it is so uncomfortable. It already has one side that has failed.... its a horrible mattress. We are not overweight people, we both weigh close to 200lbs. I have turned the mattress 180 each month and its just horrible!!! I regret my purchase!!!!
