It has been about 30 years since my last mattress so I kind of went with the groove. This mattress is attractive and soft on the top-not a pillow top though. I will never regret getting the exta firm as this does my old bones so so good. I actually cant wait to get into bed at night. The delivery people were good and on time so the whole delivery was great, I would definitly recommend.

The pillow top makes the mattress very comfortable and the size is perfect for us. We’ve gone from not being able to sleep through the night to getting a full nights sleep.

Maybe I have been sleeping on hay all my life or something, I woke up with pain all the time. I have been using this mattress for about a month now. No Joke, I have slept better. Having Queen BRS900 Extra Firm since 09/OCT/24: One single person on the bed with 125 lbs. Not Extra firm as described. The mattress started sinking in the middle after only 1 week. Have been waiting to see if it will stop sinking but not yet. Have been having back pain. Thinking about exchange or return.

I experience low back pain and had the best night of restful sleep I have had in a really long time! I am a Side/Back Sleeper and the plush pillow top conforms perfectly to my back. I would highly recommend this mattress!

We love this mattress so far in regards to the comfort aspect. It is extra firm but not hard and unyielding. However it makes a creaking groaning type sound as you get in and out of it. So much so that it will wake my wife up at times. The delivery guy said that it has to have a break in period to work that out of it. He also said the reason you might not hear it in the showroom is because it has been demo-ed by so many people that its all worked out. But we ordered it online without going into the showroom. (Our Bad) Well we will find out.
