[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Venus razors before without issue however sadly I feel that this particular one gave me razor burn on my legs unlike the other razors by Venus that I have used in the past. I recommend you try a different razors then the extra smooth platinum razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the metal handle on the Gillette Platinum Razor. It is not too heavy but feels nice and durable. The 5 deluxe blades give you a nice, smooth shave that left my legs feeling soft. I enjoyed the moisture ribbons that helped the razor glide easily. The box is very easy to open which is a bonus. Sometimes razors can be difficult to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice razor. Definitely achieve a nice smooth shave. Even on stubble, there was no tugging. I was able to be extra lightweight. The handle is very heavy, which helps me apply less pressure when shaving. I did drop it in my tub, and was afraid it may have chipped the glaze. So beware of that. I’ve gotten multiple shaves out of one blade. The conditioner on the blade is nice and smooth and not sticky. I can rinse it off well afterwards. I would compare the quality of this blade to my monthly subscription blades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this razor. The handle feels like a perfect fit in my hand while I am shaving. It gives me such a nice, smooth and clean shave everywhere I need it all while not cutting myself.

My previous Venus with a plastic handle broke after dropping it in the shower so I decided to try the new platinum as a replacement. The shave I got was great but I cannot stand the metal handle. It is heavy and slippery so I almost dropped it several times while shaving my underarms. I plan to go back to the plastic handle with better grip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Fusion5 for years the only razor that’ll shave these stubs off my legs … but after trying the Venus “wow” smooth glide and I didn’t have to go at a slow pace as I usually do, because of the to blade at the top of my Fusion5 This is a Great Razor! I’d recommend to give it a try as I am a skeptic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who has to shave at least twice a week using disposable razors, Gillette Venus Extra Smooth has changed that to once a week. I end up with longer lasting smoothness which lasts longer than using a 2 or 3 blade disposable razors. Plus I no longer gotten any knicks from this blade at all. I also enjoy the fact that I can use this blade without using any shaving gel. As long as my legs are thoroughly wet, this blade glides up so smoothly, and not leaving a single stub of hair on my legs. It also works wonderfully on the underarms as well. Will definitely be purchasing more Venus Extra Smooth cartridges.
