The 5 blades and moisturizing strip on the razor head make the shaves so smooth and easy against your skin, which comes out feeling extra soft! The platinum handle is weighted nicely so that you know it is good quality and doesn’t slip from your hand. I definitely recommend!

It’s a good razor and didn’t give me razor bumps. Gillette makes great razors and I definitely recommend this razor to anyone.out there best brand ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Venus but this is my first with the platinum razor. I liked the weight and feel in the hand, so that was a bonus. The razor itself shaves close and leaves my legs silky smooth. It had been about 4 days since I shaved last and the Platinum razor only required one pass to get it all. It's a great razor that gives consistent results with the first pass.

This razor is amazing I was able to use the cartridge 5 times before throwing out and getting another 1. Most razors I'm able to use once or twice and have to throw away love this razor can't wait to get some more cartridges for it

The handle has the perfect grip and I do use good amount of shaving cream with it and do hydrate my skin afterwards! It seems to work better in getting a smooth results and avoiding irritation.

I alternate between the gelly curve-hugging ones and these, and in the summer when I really want my legs to be smooth as possible, the Extra Smooth blades are key!!

I was a little worried that the metal would make it too heavy for the shower but it feels good in your hand. I really noticed a difference and did not seem to give me as many razor bumps as I tend to get from razors with less blades.
