[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Fusion5 for years the only razor that’ll shave these stubs off my legs … but after trying the Venus “wow” smooth glide and I didn’t have to go at a slow pace as I usually do, because of the to blade at the top of my Fusion5 This is a Great Razor! I’d recommend to give it a try as I am a skeptic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use men’s razors to shave my legs but the Venus extra smooth platinum razor does the job better than any women razor I’ve tried. I like to shave my legs at night for the next day but my legs are always prickly the next morning. To avoid prickly legs I would shave them right before going out but that’s so inconvenient. Last night I shaved using Venus Extra smooth and now 15 hours later my legs are still smooth. The heavy handle feels great in my hand while shaving. It is a bit pricey for a disposable razor but I will be buying refills to keep my legs smooth throughout the summer.

I was using the venus razors that had the soap on them, but found that it was harder to shave in smaller areas so I switched to the extra smooth platinum razor and I love it. This razor allows you to reach smaller areas yet still offers enough protection to prevent cuts and knicks.

Now with the Gillette Venus razor and refills, showers are quicker with no shaving cream necessary and the razor handle is reusable. There is a quick release button that makes switching out to new refills easy and fast.

I was a little worried that the metal would make it too heavy for the shower but it feels good in your hand. I really noticed a difference and did not seem to give me as many razor bumps as I tend to get from razors with less blades.

Ive actually used this without amy shaving cream/gel, and I felt that my skin still felt smooth and it didn't irritate it. Also very easy to snap on and off the razer handle too, so replacement is a breeze.

These refill blades are simple to change and fit most Venus razor handles. These razor refill blades have a pivoting head so it's easier to maneuver around your knees and ankles so you don't miss any areas. Each refill blade lasts up to a month if you shave twice a week and I usually shave once a week so they last me a long time. I am very happy with these Venus extra smooth refill blades an they work very well. I remember when I was younger and had to shave with a single blade razor and I have to say that five blades is so much better! I would definitely recommend these Venus extra smooth refill blades and they are very well made and effective.

I ended up breaking mine as I felt the razor wasn't attached fully to the handle and kept pushing it until the plastic around the razor cracked. The handle is heavier/more heavy duty than your average razor handle and it doesn't need to be forced on to the blade part.
