I am hesitant to use a metal handled razor but this one is metal and rubber in parts so it's very light and easy to handle. The razor head is very cushioned so I felt comfortable enough letting my daughter use it to shave for the first time.

I really like the solidness of the metal handle, just feels so much more substantial when I'm using it. The 5 blades make a super smooth shave and so far I haven't nicked my ankles or knees (as tends to happen when I'm in a rush)! I expect that I'll change to this razor for the foreseeable future - I definitely recommend!

I've tried plenty of razors and trying to be extra careful made shaving a long tedious task. This Venus Extra Smooth Platinum Razor was awesome. It glided smooth and easy and it moved with the shapes of my legs. This made for a faster, easy, and breezy leg shaving session. I actually didn't end up with any cuts or knicks. A rarity. I would definitely recommend this razor to anyone who struggles shaving.
