I have had this mattress for about a year now, I turn it every 6 months, I love it! I sleep so soundly on this mattress and never wake up stiff or sore. I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend turning your mattress every 6 months, it really helps keep it in good shape.

We purchased instore, the "medium" version of this mattress. After opening the box and letting the mattress "inflate", we found that the layer of gel pad that sits on top of the springs was shifted off the side of the mattress about 3 inches. We tried but there is no budging it back into place because it is glued together. Also the layer of springs bulged out of the other side of the mattress. As other people stated, the mattress is shorter than what it states for the measurements on the website. There was definitely an oder when opening but it did disappear after a couple of days. Beware that if you do buy it at local Sam's, as opposed to ordering it, there is no pick up return service, and it is a heavy bed if you have to return it. On a good note, it was a pretty comfortable bed.

Sams has great return policy thankfully. I initially purchased the medium which was more like a firm and then trying to not spend alot went with the soft one. Great quality but this soft is definitely more like a medium. Do not recommend this for side sleepers. Back sleeper this is great purchase and quality mattress but side sleeper look elsewhere. We find this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. The price is very good too! King size with medium firmness is what we purchased.

I really love this mattress the bad thing is i dont want to get put of bed. It is very heavy which almost impossible to pick up to tuck sheets under.

For the price this is surprisingly comfortable. I got the medium firmness which was a little softer than I expected

Highly recommend for anyone who has never bought a new mattress and is on a budget. We did not want to spend over $1000. I did some research and tried a mattress that we did not see or lay on in person. The reviews did not lie. It is so comfortable. Definitely feels like the higher end hotel beds we have slept on. It arrives in a box. We took it out of the box and placed it on the bed before unwrapping the package. Let it sit for a good 6-8 hours then we slept on it that night. It is a good firmness. Not too hard and not smushy. It is great. My husband overslept after the second night and said it was my fault for buying such a comfortable mattress. I'll take that as a good thing.

Read all the one star reviews and then read them again. This is not a good mattress, certainly not a luxury mattress. The size is not a true king size even though measurements are given. That means it doesn't fit a king frame nor will king sheets fit right. And it's not that comfortable. Good luck if you decide to buy it anyways.

mattress is good quality and comfortable. however firm mattress is too soft and therefore lacks good back support. i decided to return it. however its been a nightmare to return this. once its out of the box, its not easy to just take it the club. it needs sams club's carriers to pick it up. i have been calling sams for last 1.5 months to get this picked up to no success so far. its such a waste of time, specially due to annoying AI customer service that would repeat the same stupid answers everytime instead of transferring to a human. after 1.5 months, the mattress is still sitting in my hallway and my refund is still stuck.
