Were finally getting a good nights sleep we took our 1 year old adapt mattress off the frame and brought a hybrid mattress on line for a quarter of the price with a better warranty now we are sleeping thru the night with no pain best decision ever was getting rid of the Tempur-pedic mattress don't waste your money on a name brand mattress poor quality bad service and a company that doesn't stand behind there product

This is our 2nd Tempur-Pedic mattress. We have both the Adapt Medium and the AdaptPro Medium and absolutely love both. They are the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. You can't put a price on good sleep and being pain free and Tempur-Pedic is a 10/10 on both. Would highly recommend the Adapt and ProAdapt models!

We have an Tempur-Pedic mattress that is over ten years old and still love it. So we did not hesitate to buy a new one. However this mattress is not for us. The mattress support is inconsistent making it feel lumpy. We almost feel like we are slumping towards the middle of the bed. We have concluded that it is too soft as we are mostly side sleepers. We will be returning it.

I bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid hoping that it would be the perfect mattress; however, the mattress just doesn't provide me with enough pressure-relief for my shoulders and hips. I like the firmness of the top of the mattress, however, once you sink down into the mattress, it just becomes too firm. Also, once you put on the waterproof mattress protector, it loses some of its cooling properties.

The bed seems similar to the one we replaced. We had a Tempur-pedic Classic. The deliver went pretty well. However, if you are replacing an old bed, the delivery people should make sure the frame fits the new bed correctly. It does tend to be warm. However, it is not too warm. I just use less covers. It seems comfortable and I can only hope that it does not start sinking like the old one did. The new 10 year warranty is half of what the old ones had. The pillows we got are very nice. The down one is not hard like some of the other memory foam ones are. The cooling one seems to work well for my better half. She seems to like it. Only time will tell. As to warranty, the tags should have been placed either at the foot or on the side. To have to look at information at the head of the bed seems strange. Also, the corners of the foundation say to remove them. However, the delivery people did not remove them.

Been using the bed for about 4 months now. It took a while to break it in, but has not sagged yet. We had tons of problems with customer service. Had to move the bed upstairs by OURSELVES, and the bed frame has a hold in it from the shipping company. They chose the wrong shipping company and tried to blame us for accepting the order when it arrived at the front of the house. Like how were we suppose to know this?! Definitely did not get the "white glove" delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Queen Tempur-Pedic and loved it so much that when we decided to get a bigger bed we moved the queen to the guest room and bought a king Tempur-Pedic. We got the adjustable base with both which is great for me because I have back problems and being able to raise my head and feet helps to relieve some of the pain.

I said if she could afford it, I would love a temperpedic. I was okay with just that but she added the adjustable base. Our marital bed is the best gift we received , I'm so happy we did. Comfort, no aches, No noises when either of us move (I toss a lot) and the base is great for posture. Breakfast in bed and when not feeling well. Happy customers

Quite expensive, but we were tired of restless nights with an uncomfortable mattress. We were told it may take a few nights for the mattress to conform to our bodies, but after a week to ten days we would like it. We experienced great comfort immediately. After 10 days or so, my wife still loves it. ln my case, I wake with a little discomfort in my lower back almost daily; which I did not experience initially. I don't understand why, but it is still better than our old worn out mattress.

Sleeping on this mattress feels like you are sleeping on an old worn out mattress and everywhere you move to feels like you are in a soft spot. You just sink in! It is also harder to get out of bed because you feel like you are climbing out of a hole!
