[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new mattress for about a week and it's a bit firm for a Medium but I know with time it will soften up. The first night I could feel my spine realigning. My previous Tempurpedic was 16yrs old and lost its support. This is a great mattress and very supportive.

A lot of people don't know how bad their mattress is until they sleep on a Tempur- Adapt, Medium Hybrid. I was staying at a B&B and they had one. I literally did not want to leave that mattress. At home, I was getting up each morning and not realizing how bad my body felt some days but now that I am sleeping on the best, I wake up feeling well rested, and my body feels much more aligned. I sleep like a log every night! Having a Tempur Pedic mattress should be a priority for everyone!!

This was an upgrade for me from my previous Tempur-Pedic Deluxe mattress that I had for over 12 years and I have to say that I LOVE the feel of the hybrid model and have never sleep better. This hybrid model combines the incredible comfort of the tempur material with just enough bounce from the coils that I feel fully supported. I'm a 6'2", 190lb. 50 y.o. guy that has had previous lumbar/hip pain issues and now wake up feeling rested and pain free. I've slept on this mattress for over 4 months now and am very happy with my purchase!

Best sleep in many years. I had a sleep number bed which was 14 years old and while it still functioned just fine, it wasn't comfortable for me anymore. I took a chance on this mattress after laying on it in the showroom. And now after 2 weeks of sleeping on it, I couldn't be more happy. I can actually sleep on the side with my bad hip and no pain! Very happy with this bed for sure!!!!

My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems, I called the number for Tempur-Pedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since I did not buy the mattress direct from Tempur-Pedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufacturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempur-Pedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempur-Pedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempur-Pedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.

I'm still trying to break it in I guess, right now it feels like I'm lying on a somewhat soft box I guess due to the firmness of the mattress. Its most definitely different then the bed I gave up, I just wished I had knew more about your beds before choosing this one but I did go to a mattress location and sat on the one I have but in store was a little more softer then the one I have. So I'm going to give it a little more time to break it in. But overall I like the mattress it nice.

For the most part we love the bed. No more back or neck pain. We can't feel the other moving around. And we seem to be sleeping much sounder. Coming from a California King to a split king is a little to get use to. It definitely feel a touch smaller. The dog is not thrilled with the new bed at all and has almost pushed the beds apart (the dog gives it four stars). We also purchased the amazing Cloud pillows. So worth it too.

before buying the mattress, tried it out at the store and it was super comfortable, I can feel me sinking in molding to my body. I understand the mattress has to be broken in, but after own one, it doesn't feel the same to the one that I tried at the store that I bought it from. I bought the same one that I have tried. When i sleep on my side and wake up I have pain in my right shoulder. If I could do it over, I would rather spend the money on another mattress.

I celebrated my retirement by splurging on a Adapt Medium. I had gotten my money's worth out of my old foam mattress and it was time for a change, but this time I was going to do it right. I got an education about mattresses from our locally-owned Mattress Firm in Albuquerque and tried out just about every bed in the store. When I met the Adapt Medium, it was love at first sight and after the friendly salesman introduced me to the Ergo Smart Base, the deal was sealed. Sure, there was a little ticket shock at first, but you get what you pay for in this world and the time we spend sleeping is pretty significant, so why not get one of the best beds made? The company sent two young men to take away my old bed and set up the new one. They were in and out like a flash, but not before they showed me how the base works and answered all my questions. It's been a week now since I bought my Adapt mattress and I love it! Not only do I wake up in the morning feeling bright-eyed, but those aches and pains I've been accustomed to lately have all but disappeared.

I bought a Tempur-Pedic adapt medium. Was told this was a great entry-level mattress. I have chronic insomnia and I hope this would help. It did not .I feel like I'm sleeping on a slab. Now I'm going to have to upgrade in order to get a softer mattress which is not what I intended to have to do
