While I can often have that after workout slump, I drank this and felt great. The taste was like a rich, chocolate milk. I did feel like I had noticeably more energy to accomplish tasks all day and get things done. I am definitely curious about trying the other two flavors I received. While I recieved this box of three different flavors for free, the thoughts are my own.

But I do love how much protein is in it, my body thanks me when I drink this because I produce double the breast milk for my baby, so it's good but tastes yucky

I do like that its low in sugar because I can drink nit on my restrictive diet. The labeling was bright, appealingly and informative. I do think nits a lit1tle pricey though.

I feel like most bottled protein drinks have weird aftertaste, but this just tasted like a chocolate milkshake! I like to use my protein drinks as creamers for my coffee and this was so perfect.
