The flavor is still good(like chocolate milk and smooth) and even my kids enjoyed it. It felt like it actually held me over until my next meal. Meaning I had a small lunch around noon, then I drank this around 2pm and I was able to make it to dinner around 530pm without feeling starving.

I'm a fitness instructor and I often have back to back classes all day and these offer really great hydration and are plenty strong enough to keep moving all day! The packet size is perfect for a water bottle and they are a great deal! Much more cost effective (and environmentally, friendly) than buying a bunch of single serve bottles!

It's not thick and chalky. Doesn't leave a weird coating in your mouth either which I appreciate and they're VERY filling. Shockingly so! I have never had a protein shake hold me over so long- I'm also on weight watchers and this is a decent point compromise for something sweet, yet filling.

It's a tad thicker than the others but it has more of a watered down taste. And my least favorite, a Little more vitamin tasting. But still not chalky! For the amount of protein and vitamins, it's still a great option and definitely drinkable. I dont have to force myself to drink it. It is more expensive than the others being $4.29, compared to $3.39. These are one of the best protein shakes I've tasted.
