It has a creamy texture and has a great chocolate taste. It's not chalky like some of the other brands. It's a great way to hit your protein goals with this shake.

While I can often have that after workout slump, I drank this and felt great. The taste was like a rich, chocolate milk. It has a very strong chocolate flavor to me so if you aren't huge on that flavor I wouldn't suggest it otherwise this is a great power drink and definitely helped me feel energized and full through my day !
