I use this for my juicing. It keeps well in the refrigerator and can also be frozen in zip lock bags.

Excellent quality ginger. Was thinking how I would use almost 2 lbs in a short time, but this lasts a long time - almost two months and still feels fresh.

Nice large pieces, very warming flavor. Roots lasted well. I used it in soup, and to make tea. I also made several Christmas gifts of ginger, tea and honey.

This Ginger is one of the best I've had in years. The taste is spicy and very good for any nature remedy .I chewed it for my sore throat and it really help. This ginger made some very tasty ginger tea.

Good unless you use ginger in every meal for two weeks, or want to pill all this to freeze. Find a friend to split with you. It is very good you get a lot.

I love to food prep with this ginger. I peel it, grate it, then freeze it into cubes so that I can just pop in some organic ginger whenever I make stirfry or Thai.
