Purchased the Organic Ginger and to my surprise ALL pieces in my package were fresh and ready to prepare. Many time when purchasing ginger many parts are dried and unable to use. I received my moneys worth, I was able to use my raw ginger to juice as well as make ginger hots and I still had ginger left. Lots of ginger per package and the price was superb.

There is a lot of ginger and the size is large but with a lot of fingers so it makes it tough total when you want big strips they are all fresh though
