Great Value

Following a colonoscopy, my gastroenterologist recommended a probiotic. I chose this one. Unfortunately, in my case, my “gut” - as my doctor calls it - must be more sensitive to this kind of treatment. 

I took this for five days, and after two days, its effect was almost as bad as the colonoscopy prep. I stopped taking it three weeks ago, and I am still not back to normal. I have had to change my entire diet to follow the BRAT diet, and my PCP prescribed medicine to deal with the lingering effects. I’ve been on that diet for two weeks, and on those meds for a week and am still struggling. (I have a follow-up appointment next week.)

So just be warned. This is a powerful probiotic, and if you have a sensitive digestive system, it’s one you might want to skip.

Not for sensitive guts

I’ve been using this product for about 6 months, and it’s been great for my digestive system. I no longer have to take stool softeners or laxatives. It’s the first probiotic I’ve found that keeps me regulated. And I love that I’m able to get 84 pills in this product from Sam’s.
