The only time i wear a pad is overnight. These are comfortable and very reliable. I have yet to experience a leak wearing this pad. They are a little more expensive, but totally worth it. Less laundry! Lol

I will stand by Always products until the day I die. They are so good! I absolutely love them. My periods are so heavy constantly. I can always count on their products to get me through my day!

I would definitely recommend this if you have a heavy flow. I have always preferred pads over tampons and these have changed my life and don’t leave me feeling as messy as the regular ultra thins. They are so comfortable !!

I love these because it goes to the back of your butt so you barley leak on the heaviest day. I use the night time ones during the day as well they just WORK.

This is a classic brand and I brand I trust. These pads make it through the night. Although I used the mega pads from the hospital after the birth of my children, these pads were the go to after they ran out. Coverage and absorption are everything!

This is the best pad I've ever tried, and I have tried all of them. The price is a little high, but the pad hold my flow really good, I don't have accidents anymore when I sleep on my back, and it keep the flow on the pad not on my underwear

These are a must, especially if you have a heavy flow at night. I always suggest this to any female I meet because of how much I love them. I don’t really care for the wings but that’s my only problem with this product

Never have to worry about any leaks when I use this product. It really works it’s a thin pad. You can’t tell your wearing it. My daughter and I live by this product.

This is the WORST pad I have ever tried! The adhesive doesn't stick at all and it's not wide or long enough. I put it on then had to put on a new pad and new clothes on 10 minutes later. Don't buy this!
