This has got to be a joke as an overnight pad. It does not absorb a heavy flow. I bought a box but was only able to use them on the 4th or 5th days of my period when the flow had finally decreased. Nice idea as a pantiliner.

I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the overnight version. I have very heavy periods with large clots. The wings are perfect! I woke up with NO LEAKS! I love this! Switching back after 15yrs!

Very thin, you don't even realize it there and it absorbs more than the others I have used. every now and then i will get a faulty pad but not often. I was so glad these were invented because the old overnights felt like diapers.

Well when I bought it and opened it up i thought what a lot of people would it will never work, but when i tried it,it was AWESOME so I will grade this pad with an A+

These are my go to menstrual pads! I been using them ever since I was a teen, these pads feel like you’re not wearing anything unlike the old brand that will make you feel all gross!

I'VE ALWAYS USED ALWAYS PRODUCTS AND I LIKE THIN PADS BUT THIS IS A GOOD THIN PAD N I LOVE THE WINGS ON IT AND YES I RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND IT HOLDS THE FLOW I'VE JUST HAD TWINS AND MY FLOW IS IRREGULAR BUT IT HELD IT

When I am on my period, I always use the over night pads for night time. The wings help the pad stay in place so it doesn't move every where. If you haven't used big pads it could feel a bit odd at first but they help so much.

As I get older my cycle gets heavier... I love the Always Infinity Pad. I can go eight hours with an Infinity Pad compared to three with an ordinary pad. Thanks Always for what I consider is a revolution in the world of feminine products.

I love the concept of less is more & like these the only thing that I really liked about the 'other' overnight pads was the widening at the front and back - depending on how you sleep that matters!
