I have been using Always pads for years and as I age my periods have become heavy and hard to manage. This pad is far superior to the regular Always pad. I love how it wicks the fluid away from your body and seems to have a "stay-dry" cover. This is by far the best pad I've ever used. Thanks for making these!

I purchase these pads because they feel less like diapers than the others. The wings provide the ability of the pad to stay in place, however they are pointless when sleeping or during any vigorous activities. The wings also stick too well to the material of my underwear and sometimes doesn’t come off unless I wash them. At times I still have leakage on a heavier day

These pads are the best! My heavy periods always required big and uncomfortable pads until I found these! They are super thin and soft. Perfect for people with sensitive skin as they keep you totally dry while using them. The only thing I would change is the length. I think they should be longer for plus sized women.

I USED TO USE THE BULKY ONES BUT STARTED USING these and found out that they were so much better for me . I don’t feel like I’m wearing a big diaper and having to check myself in the mirror every second. This product is flexible and I do not feel moisture while wearing this product.

I am very happy with this product. Actually I am very happy with all the Always products. I am a heavy bleeder and I have to use two pads at a time on some occasions. Yes that is a lot, but before I started using always I was flowing through everything. Thank you very much for your products.

I have always had a particularly heavy flow, which usually required me to use those really big and bulky pads. Because of that, I was hesitant to try these, but now they are all I use. They are so thin and barely noticeable, but super absorbent! I don’t have to worry about leakage at all with these. I would definitely recommend them!

I tried this after seeing the commercials- and looking at the website. I had high hopes because I am very loyal to the Always Ultra Thin Overnight pad. I tried this pad for my first 'overnight' and my second 'day' of my cycle (both are the heaviest parts of my cycle). Pro: flexible but stays flat (it is very flexible and moves with you but the material which feels somewhat like foam stays flat enough so as to avoid bunching uncomfortably) Pro: the wings are a little wider than normal, so it catches a bit more on the edges Pro: the adhesive was fine for me, the pad did not shift at all. Con: I sleep on my stomach, so the pad was too narrow in the front; it needs to be as wide as the back (at least) Con: it did not seem to me to absorb as much as my regular overnight pad; an unpleasant surprise come morning Bottom line: I like them well enough to not try to get my money back, but I will only use them for the second half of my cycle (until they run out, that is). Back to the standby Ultra Thins. Keep trying, Always!
