I used these pads after I had my son, and they were absolute heaven! Due to excessive tearing and stitches popping I had a lot of bleeding, and had to wear a pad 24/7 for almost three months. These were the ONLY ones I wanted. If anyone went to the store and didn't get the Always Infinity overnight, I sent them right back! My favorite part was how smooth they were - I was never worried that my stitches would get stuck in the pad, and they were extremely flexible. The absorbency could have been a little better, but they were so comfortable that that was easily overlooked. I highly recommend these for anyone whether they have regular periods, or have just had a child! They are my miracle!

Okay so I like the length of the pads, but tell me why everytime I wear longer pads that they are barley thick? Please make long pads that are actually thicker too. I have to change my pad more often because they are not really thick. If I go up a size the lining is still very thin but longer. Please even just make a new kind that is long and thicker.

What a time to be alive! I remember my first periods and how thick the pads were and how not absorbent they were. These are like friggin magic! They are soo thin and flexible and somehow manage to absorb EVERYTHING. Like nothing just sits on the pad against your skin, it all gets absorbed! These are sooo great and with the money especially since I have a heavy flow and bleed through tampons pretty quickly.

Although they do cost more than other brands on the market, these pads worked wonders for me. Not only do they provide comfort in wearing, but I rarely stress out about if I'm leaking or if it isn't performing how it should. I stay confident in knowing I didn't have an embarrassing moment and can focus on other events carefree. I have yet to have a pad unravel or split apart while wearing, even in extended use of traveling for several hours. No rashes and no diaper butt!

I have always loved the Always Ultra Thin Overnight pads in addition to the use of a menstrual cup because my flow is so heavy. I bleed profusely! I usually lose at least 240ml within the first day and a half. With that being said, traditional heavy flow, overnight, or ultra pads/tampons alone won't work for me. I usually have leaks during the day and overnight. There's also the fact that I can feel the pad bunching or shifting. These pads are AWESOME! I can't even tell I have one on! The absorbency is amazing! Thank you Always!

I also liked that they were really long and had wings for overnight use to help avoid any messiness. Unscented is also a huge bonus as I don't think something that is in close contact with our private areas needs to have any strong scents - that will just cause unnecessary irritation. I highly recommend these Always pads for overnight use on heavier periods days!

The ergonomic and discreet design allowes to wear the pads comfortably with no worries. A huge plus is that the pads do not cause irritation on my skin. Definitely recommended.

These are my go-to overnight pads because of how thin, flexible, and lightweight they are. It has a breathable, cottony top layer, so it doesn't get sticky and sweaty like Stayfree pads. One star off because the wings should be wider- they tend to move around and the whole pad shifts. Could use stronger, more widespread adhesive as well. I've never had a pad leak (and I do get pretty heavy flow) but still ended up with staining because the pad shifted out of place.

I won't use any pads except for the always infinity or radiant! They are so comfortable since they're made of a memory foam type material, and they hold a lot. I like to get the overnight ones, due to them being longer and having more protection against any leaks., however I don't find them to be any thicker or uncomfortable like most overnight pads

I have had heavy flows for as long as I can remember and have always had to wear pads that just never worked, they either absorbed poorly, felt extremely uncomfortable, and never breathed. These are the best things they have ever come out with, I don't feel as gross in the mornings and I feel completely comfortable and leak free throughout the night! They're amazing!
