Thank you for sharing this with us, and we are sorry to hear this happened! Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and deliver the benefits as advertised. Always Infinity Overnight pads are our lightest, most absorbent thin pad from Always. It may be helpful to know that Always pads are specifically designed to handle menstrual fluid, which has a thicker consistency than urine. While we understand some women have used our feminine hygiene products for their incontinence needs, and it is perfectly safe to do so, we recommend Always Discreet adult incontinence products designed specifically to handle urine, which has a thinner consistency and higher absorbency needs of bladder leaks. Always Discreet has many versions to help with your personalized needs. We'd love to learn more and see how we can help find the best product for you! When you have some time, please give us a call at (800) 888-3115, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.
